The Progress tab is in Early Access (Account → Early Access → New Progress Tab). When you turn it on, it replaces the Diary tab. Everything from the Diary is still there, with your weight progress added above it.

What it shows

Your progress card sits at the top.

  • With enough weigh-ins, it shows your Predicted weight a month from now as a range, with the date.
  • Before that, it shows your Current weight.
  • Total change is the difference since your first weigh-in.
  • Goal is your target weight. Tap it to update your goals.
  • If you told us why your goal matters, your reason is shown here too.

The weight chart plots your weigh-ins from the last 90 days. When there is a prediction, the chart extends a month ahead, with a shaded band that widens the further out it goes. Your goal weight is drawn as a line.

Two cards sit under the chart.

  • Weight shows your latest weigh-in and how much it has changed over the last 90 days. Tap it to open Body Metrics.
  • Steps shows today's steps against your step goal. If health data is not connected, tap it to connect.

Your day is the same day view as the Diary: your calories and macros, habits, planned meals and everything you logged. Use the arrows or the calendar to move between days.

When the prediction appears

The prediction needs at least three weigh-ins on different days, spread over at least a week, within the last 90 days. Recent weigh-ins count for more than older ones, so the prediction follows your current trend. Until then, the card suggests logging a few more weigh-ins.

Tap Log weight to add one.

Longer time ranges

The Progress tab always shows the last 90 days. To chart calories, macros, weight, body fat or steps over other periods, go to Account → Charts. You can choose Last week, Last month, Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Custom.
