Your logging streak
Your streak is the number of days in a row on which you have logged at least one food. You can see it next to the dials at the top of Chat and on your Account profile, which also shows your best streak.
- What counts: any food or drink log dated that day. Exercise, weigh-ins and steps do not count towards the streak.
- Today: your streak stays intact while today is still going, even if you have not logged yet.
- What breaks it: a whole day, in your phone's time zone, passing with no food logged on it.
The streak is worked out from the dates of your logs, so adding a missed day's food afterwards fills the gap. Removing every log from a day leaves one.
When your streak reaches 3, 7, 14, 30, 60, 100 or 365 days, you get a milestone celebration you can share.
If your streak is 3 days or more and you have not logged by 7pm, you get a reminder, as long as notifications are on. An accountability partner or coach may also get a nudge so they can check in.
Weekly consistency
The Weekly consistency bar sits under the dials in Chat. It adds up points for actions you take from Monday to Sunday, then starts again. Tap it to see each action and its daily points. A tick shows what you have already earned today.
| Action | Points per day |
|---|---|
| Log your meals | 40 |
| Hit your calorie target (within 5% either way) | 30 |
| Complete your habits (all of the day's habits) | 25 |
| Hit 8,000 steps | 25 |
| Hit your protein target (at least 95%) | 20 |
| Log exercise | 20 |
| Weigh in | 5 |
Points only ever go up for things you did. Nothing is taken away.
Your weekly target is 40% of the points you could earn in a full week. Actions you cannot earn right now are greyed out and left out of the target. That happens when you have no habit completions or step data in the last 14 days, or no exercise logged in the last 28 days.
If you turn off Show goal progress in Account → Daily Targets, the dials and the weekly consistency bar are hidden.
