A report is a PDF summary of a client's data over a date range. Reports are for coaches. If you are a member and would like one, ask your coach. For your own weekly recap, see Weekly summary.

Create a report

In the app, ask Cal in your chat about a client, for example "Create a 30-day report for Sam".

On the dashboard, open the chat panel and choose Create 7 day report, Create 30 day report, one of the "(with micros)" versions, or Custom report.

Cal checks two things before starting:

  • Micronutrients. Including them adds fibre, sugar, saturated fat and sodium, but any foods without those values have to be estimated first, which makes the report noticeably slower. Cal asks which you want.
  • Progress photos. These are left out unless you ask for them, because report links can be shared.

The report is created in the background, and longer ranges can take a few minutes. A banner shows "Creating report for…" while it works. When it is ready, the report appears in the chat and the banner changes to "Report for … ready — tap to view".

What a report includes

  • Nutrition: daily calories and macros against the client's targets, and micronutrients if you chose them.
  • Habits and how often they were completed.
  • Exercise sessions.
  • Body metrics, such as weight, body fat and measurements.
  • Steps.
  • The client's most recent check-in answers, if they have submitted one.
  • The first and last progress photos in the period, if you asked for them.

Find saved reports

  • In the app: open the client, tap the menu and choose Reports.
  • On the dashboard: open the client and go to the Reports tab.

Share a report

In the app, open the report and use the share button to send the PDF. On the dashboard, use a report's menu to Download it or Share it. Share copies a link, which works for 7 days.
