Your data is visible to you and to the people you've chosen to connect with. Nobody gets access without accepting a request or joining through an invite link.
By relationship
| Relationship | What they can see | Can they change it? |
|---|---|---|
| Coach | Everything: logs, targets, body metrics, progress photos, check-ins | Yes, e.g. your targets |
| Accountability partner | Your logs and progress, plus activity in your shared chat | No |
| Friend | Your logs and progress | No |
| Follower | Your logs and progress (you don't see theirs) | No |
| Challenge members | Your name, track, points and what you post in the challenge chat | No |
Partnerships work both ways. You see your partner's progress just as they see yours.
It's not currently possible to create friend connections anywhere in the app. The functionality will come in future versions.
Challenges
Challenge members don't get access to your data. They see the leaderboard and the challenge chat. Automatic posts there only say who's leading, never anyone's numbers.
Progress photos
Progress photos are stricter than other data. Only you and your coaches can see them. Partners, friends and followers never can. Progress photos in the app are in Early Access (Account → Early Access).
Reports
Coaches can create PDF reports of your progress. A report includes progress photos only if the coach chooses to add them. Anyone with a report's link can open it for seven days.
Reports are not sent to the client automatically.
Chats
Messages in a chat are seen by everyone in that chat, and by nobody else.
