What CalCoach keeps
Your account holds what you give the app so it can coach you:
- Your profile: name, username, email, and phone number if you add one.
- The answers from setting up your plan, and your targets.
- Your food, exercise and step logs, body measurements and progress photos.
- Your conversations with Cal, including photos and voice messages you send.
- Health data you choose to sync from Apple Health or Health Connect.

Who can see it
You decide who sees your data through your connections. A coach you're connected with can see your logs and progress and can update things like your targets. To see exactly what each kind of connection shares, read Who can see my data.
Clear your chat history
Go to Account → Clear Chat History and confirm with Clear History. This permanently deletes your conversation with Cal and can't be undone. Your food logs, targets and other records stay as they are, and so do your plan and challenge threads.
Export your data
The app doesn't have a data export. To ask for a copy of your data, email support@calcoach.com.
Delete your account
- Go to Account → Account Details.
- Tap Delete Account. This opens an email to support@calcoach.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
- Send it from the email address you use for CalCoach.
Our team then deletes your account within one calendar month. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel your subscription there as well, because deleting your account doesn't stop the store from charging you.
