How you pay for CalCoach depends on how you joined.

Subscribing yourself
The paywall shows a Monthly and an Annual plan with prices in your local currency. If a plan comes with a free trial, the paywall says so on the button (Start Free Trial). Trials are set by the store and are usually once per store account. Your subscription includes a free second account for an accountability partner.
Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Restore Purchases on the paywall reconnects a subscription you already bought, for example on a new phone. Use the same store account you bought it with.
Cancelling and refunds
Go to Account → Manage Subscription. This opens your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, where you can cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made through their stores, so request one from them. For web refunds, contact support@calcoach.com to discuss.
If your subscription ends, your history and progress stay in your account. Resubscribe from the paywall to pick up where you left off.
Coached through an organisation
If you joined through your coach, your coach's organisation covers your access. If it lapses, the app shows Subscription inactive. Contact your coach to restore it.
Coaches and gyms
Coach and gym plans are bought on the web at app.calcoach.com, not in the app. On the web Subscription page you can open Manage billing & invoices to update your card, download invoices or change plan, or Cancel subscription to stop auto-renewal and keep access until the end of the period. Account → Manage Subscription in the app takes you to the same billing portal.
