Plans

Coach and gym plans are priced by how many clients you can have, shown as Up to a number of Clients. You can pay Monthly or Annual, and some plans start with a free trial. Payment goes through Stripe, and plans renew automatically until cancelled. If you need more clients than the largest plan allows, use Contact Sales.

A promo code reaches you as a link. When you open it, the pricing page shows Promo code applied with the discounted prices.

Your organisation

Buying a coach or gym plan sets up an organisation that you own. Your clients and any staff coaches belong to it. Owners manage it from the account menu under Manage Org:

  • Organisation profile: the name your clients see across the app and in invites.
  • Seats & plan: how many seats are used and remaining, with Manage plan to change it.
  • Permissions: turn on Staff can invite users to let staff coaches invite clients. Only owners can invite staff.
  • Challenges: turn on Auto-add new members to add new members to every active organisation challenge.
  • Signup link: a link anyone can use to join your organisation. Generate signup link, then Copy, Regenerate or Revoke it.

Roles

  • Owner: manages settings and billing, and can remove clients.
  • Staff: coaches the clients assigned to them.
  • Member: clients / customers of the organisation

Gym owners also get a Team page. Add staff one at a time or with Bulk Invite from a CSV file, see All Clients in the organisation, Assign coach to a client and Upgrade to staff (from a member). A client can be assigned to more than one coach. Before removing a staff member, reassign their clients.

Manage or cancel your plan

Open the account menu, select Settings, then Manage Subscription.

  • Manage billing & invoices opens the billing portal, where you can update your payment method, download invoices or change plan.
  • Cancel subscription stops auto-renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. You can Resubscribe later.

If your organisation's subscription lapses, the owner is sent to the pricing page, and staff see Subscription Required.
