The easiest way to report a bug, ask for a feature or flag wrong food data is to tell Cal.

Draft feedback with Cal

  1. In the Chat tab, describe the problem: "The barcode scanner keeps saying product not found" or "I'd like to send some feedback".
  2. Cal writes a draft in your own words and shows it on a card headed Feedback for the CalCoach team.
  3. Check the text. Tap Edit to change it in a full-screen editor, or ask Cal to change it ("add that it happens on Wi-Fi too"). A revised draft replaces the old card, which then reads Replaced by a newer draft.
  4. Tap Send.

When it has gone, the card reads Sent. Thanks for telling us.

Nothing is sent until you tap Send. If you leave the card alone, the team never sees it.

Cal may also offer a card when you mention a problem with the app itself. It does not offer one when you are frustrated with your own progress. That is a conversation for Cal to help with.

Where it goes

Your feedback goes straight to the CalCoach team's request inbox with your account details, so they can follow up and link it to the fix. The team reads every submission.

Include what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot cannot be attached to the card, but you can describe what it showed.

Other ways to give feedback

  • Under Cal's replies, Was this helpful? lets you mark it Helpful or Not helpful and say what went wrong. Use this for a single answer from Cal.
  • Account → Support opens an email to support@calcoach.com, for account or billing questions.
  • Account → Report a Translation appears when you use the app in a language other than English. Use it for wording that reads wrongly.
